Can you buy Urban Decay makeup in regular stores or do you have to order it? What stores?

    Sephora sells them and sometimes even Ulta (: but if you meant regular stores like drugstores? then no or you can order it if you want online

    You can go to your local Ulta and Sephora. Some Macy’s do have an Urban Decay Counter. Also, some JC Penney’s has a counter. Online is another possibility. The good thing about Ulta though, is that they have a rewards program, and so does Sephora.
